Moulds, casting, curing and finishing happen in our own manufacturing unit in Bangalore, under our own supervision.
That's how we keep profiles sharp and colours consistent, make one-off moulds for custom designs, and plan production around your site. Architects and builders are welcome to visit and see their elements being made.

We make masters and moulds to your drawing, in rubber for fine detail and fibreglass or timber for larger profiles, so you're never limited to a catalogue.

Cement, fine graded sand, admixtures and alkali-resistant glass fibre. AR fibre is what keeps GRC strong in an alkaline cement mix.
Precision manufacturing
Moulds are checked against the shop drawings before casting, and pieces are checked for size and finish before they leave the unit.

Sharp arrises, deep undercuts and fine relief. GRC holds detail that site plaster and cast-in-place concrete lose.

Questions we're often asked
What is GRC?
GRC (glass fibre reinforced concrete) is a cement-based material reinforced with alkali-resistant glass fibres instead of steel bars. Because the fibres run through the whole section, GRC can be cast in thin, strong, detailed shapes such as jali, domes, columns and cornices that would be far heavier in ordinary concrete or stone.
Do you only make catalogue designs?
No. Most of our work is custom. We make masters and moulds to your drawing, and we also have existing moulds for common profiles.
What do you need from me for a quotation?
Drawings or photos of what you want, approximate sizes and quantities, the finish you have in mind, and the site location. WhatsApp is the quickest way to send them.
Do you work outside Bangalore?
Yes. We manufacture in Bangalore and supply projects across India. Tell us where the site is and we'll confirm delivery and installation in the quotation.
Can I visit your manufacturing unit?
Yes. Call or WhatsApp us to arrange a visit. Seeing moulds and finished pieces is the best way to judge the work.
